How do you moderate a five-hour expert workshop on a Ministry strategy paper, to which so many departments of the Ministry have contributed? How can the Minister be brought into the workshop effectively? How do you make sure that all the experts have their say – but that nobody unduly dominates the event? Hannes Schlender, CEO of scienceRELATIONS, has the answer to all of those questions and more. Working with him to develop the concept for a challenging event like an expert workshop with the participation of ministers is fun, efficient and leads to results.
